Hello Kindergarten Families,

My name is Alisa Cox.  I am really excited about being your child’s teacher this year. I am eager to get to know you and your children in the coming weeks. This will be my fifth year of teaching at Bryant. 

I grew up in Ann Arbor and attended Ann Arbor Public Schools. I received my Bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University in Elementary and Early Childhood Education, with a Minor in Integrated Creative Arts. I am currently working towards completing a Master's in Reading.  I enjoy working with younger children and helping foster a positive early learning experience.

I have a wonderful husband and two active, fun-loving daughters. We love rescuing animals and saved two cats and two dogs.  I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, scuba diving, reading, art, and singing in my free time.

I am looking forward to a wonderful school year together.
