This will be my 30th year with AAPS, with 27 years teaching experience at both 4th and 5th grade. I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a teaching certification from THE University of Michigan投注网站GO BLUE! I also have a master’s degree from Marygrove College. I am a HUGE Michigan fan and bleed maize & blue.

I keep busy outside of school spending time with my five fantastic boys, a wonderful daughter-in-law, two beautiful granddaughters, and our amazing dog! I enjoy the outdoors, playing board games, doing puzzles, and I LOVE to bake.

There are so many things to look forward to this year: Safety Patrol, instrumental music, exciting field trips, interesting science and social studies activities, engaging writing projects, reading captivating books together, solving compelling math problems, and going to Camp Ohiyesa in April 2025! I can’t wait to see you grow as a leader of the school & make new friends as I prepare you for middle school.
